Live your passion to transform the world and gain new skills and networks to embark on an exciting nonprofit leadership career through the TIAA Nonprofit Leadership Fellows Program at the Do Good Institute (DGI), School of Public Policy at the University of Maryland. 

Each year, we will select up to five exceptional students to participate in the two-year TIAA Nonprofit Leadership Fellows program. The Fellows program is focused on providing professional development opportunities to students who wish to pursue careers in the nonprofit field. Fellows will have graduate assistant positions with the Do Good Institute, and internship with a leading organization between their 1st and 2nd years of their Master’s program, as well as access to career and financial advising from nonprofit and private sector professionals. We recognize the importance of financial support for graduate students and that is why Fellows receive tuition remission, a living stipend, stipend for summer internship, and health benefits.

Each TIAA Nonprofit Leadership Fellow will receive substantial financial support and professional development; the unparalleled benefits package includes:
