Leadership and Management Programs

Today, the demand for excellence in the management of public resources has never been greater. Governments face unprecedented pressure for improved accountability while striving to provide high levels of service at low cost. To do so, governments must become more effective, efficient, innovative, and responsive.  To meet the ever-increasing demands placed on public-sector professionals today, the Office of Executive Programs offers a series of programs and services designed to build the skills and understandings that will allow current and future public executives the ability to effectively lead organizations for success.

The Office of Executive Programs offers leadership development and management training programs for federal executives, for state and local employees, and for public officials from around the globe.
