Joyce Receives James L. Blum Award for Distinguished Service in Budgeting

Senior Associate Dean Philip Joyce has recently been awarded the James L. Blum Award for Distinguished Service in Budgeting by the American Association for Budget and Program Analysis.

The association presents the James L. Blum Award to those with distinguished records of accomplishments in public budgeting. Awardees include leaders in the budgetary community who have worked to advance the public budgeting field and set high standards of achievement, professionalism and ethics for all public servants.
