Aid to the Vets - Fighting the “After-War”
We are a group of college students working to raise awareness, to generate financial support to the rehabilitation for veterans’ and their families suffering from PTSD and provide emotional support to veterans.

Project Description

A promising solution to help with the problems associated with PTSD is to do a letter writing fundraiser event. This event will help with direct emotional support to the veterans as well as monetary support to an organization that works with PTSD. The letter writing fundraiser can be funded locally by asking business around campus for a set donation per letter. Depending on the business, this could turn into regional or national funded if they have multiple locations throughout the country or state.
