Are you a public policy student but think your education and career experience only applies to the public, nonprofit, and NGO sectors? Think again. A formal education in public policy helps you gain the analytical, quantitative, communication and problem solving skills that are also valued in the private sector. More specifically, financial services is where you can find the confluence of government, international affairs, and industry.

Citi (CitiBank) is committed to improving local communities by supporting the under-banked, engaging in philanthropy, and championing social, environmental, and governance solutions. We empower entrepreneurs by lending capital, protect the economy by hedging economic risk, and reinforce consumer protection and even national security through compliance and anti-money laundering programs.

Come take a look at how you can use your Bachelors or Masters in Public Policy in areas at Citi such as:

Consumer Banking & Small Business Banking

Global Risk Management & Compliance

Treasury & Trade Services

Corporate Security

Environment, Social & Governance (ESG)

Diversity & Inclusion (within HR)

A variety of Summer 2024 internship opportunities are open to students (applications due in fall 2023) in the above areas. There are also hundreds of full-time roles open to newly-minted graduates and alumni alike.

Panelists for this event include Citi VP Zebradedra Hunter '19, VP of Global Network Management Fisher McKenna '07, Director of Risk Dan Touhey, and Citi HR representative Bryan Rivera.

All registered attendees will receive a virtual meeting link prior to the event date.

Please note that Citi may be able to hire international students, depending on the position. See position descriptions for more information.
